This presentation explains how the pyschology of meditation begins with understanding that it is a method of gaining access to our inner wisdom and compassion. Meditation is a tool which enables us to resolve our inner problems. Through meditation, we train our minds to be present in the moment with exactly what is there. For most people, what is there is a mysterious stranger. The greatest stranger in the world is the one in our heart. This is the beginning of learning about ourselves.
