Allison Simpson focuses on addressing healthcare providers' regulatory issues including reimbursement, audits, licensing, provider enrollment and changes of ownership, medical staff matters, federal disclosures, and compliance with both state and federal laws. She aides her clients in drafting and obtaining certificates of need and strategic planning for expansion of facilities and services. Allison also represents clients in transactions for the purchase, sale or partnership of practices and facilities focusing on the regulatory compliance of the transaction, and in drafting and advising clients on contracts that are in compliance with anti-referral laws.
