2019 CE INFORMATION

We accredit our conferences through Amedco, LLC. Our conference has been approved for 24 CE hours. We will continue to announce continuing education information as we receive it from our accreditation partner. Below is the most up-to-date CE language. Please check to see which boards and states Moments of Change 2019 will cover: 

Satisfactory Completion 

Learners must complete an evaluation form to receive a certificate of completion. Your chosen sessions must be attended in their entirety.  Partial credit of individual sessions is not available.

NOTE: If you are seeking continuing education credit for a specialty not listed below, it is your responsibility to contact your licensing/certification board to determine course eligibility for your licensing/certification requirement.  

Physicians/Nurses      

In support of improving patient care, this activity has been planned and implemented by Amedco LLC and Foundations Recovery Network.  Amedco LLC is jointly accredited by the Accreditation Council for Continuing Medical Education (ACCME), the Accreditation Council for Pharmacy Education (ACPE), and the American Nurses Credentialing Center (ANCC), to provide continuing education for the healthcare team.

Credit Designation Statement – Amedco LLC designates this live activity for a maximum of 24.0 AMA PRA Category 1 CreditsTM for physicians and 24.0 contact hours for nurses. Learners should claim only the credit commensurate with the extent of their participation in the activity.

As a Jointly Accredited Organization, Amedco is approved to offer social work continuing education by the Association of Social Work Boards (ASWB) Approved Continuing Education (ACE) program. Organizations, not individual courses, are approved under this program. State and provincial regulatory boards have the final authority to determine whether an individual course may be accepted for continuing education credit. Amedco maintains responsibility for this course. Social workers completing this course receive 24.0 clinical continuing education credits.
