As co-founder of Insight to Action Therapy, Craig James provides individual, family, couples and group therapy. He is instrumental in the development of partnerships with other service professionals, community agencies and educational institutions, as well as in providing community presentations and trainings. He is also the co-developer of the Dual Diagnosis Recovery Program©.

Craig views the individual as an extension of his/her friends and community and believes these systems are necessary for successful and healthy individual development. He also believes that cultural diversity and cultural intelligence are important factors that influence an effective, harmonious and productive society. He is a national speaker on the topic of alcohol moderation and serves on the boards of the Virginia Association for Addiction Professionals, Dandelion Meadows, and 12 Great Dates with our Daughters.
