Behavioral healthcare is hard work! Patient acuity, staffing, financials, Payors, and marketing. Staying in compliance with all the necessary regulatory issues can be a challenge when there is so much to do. This workshop will help participants to see ethics and compliance as an integral and integrated part of our daily work by utilizing Brené Brown’s resilience curriculum to address burnout, turnover and morale.
