Description

In this workshop, participants will have the opportunity to be in a co-facilitated experiential group process. You will be invited to express thoughts and feelings about your experience at IIR and through this sharing, can gain self-awareness, knowledge and integration of your conference experience.  Glen and Susan will help to facilitate a safe space while inviting dynamic group interactions.

1). Increase skills required to work with a multidisciplinary perspective and in a co-therapy model to improve patient outcomes.

2). Identify, through large group process, the dynamics of holding to one's own voice while interacting with other disparate voices in the group.

3). Enhance participants knowledge, sensitivity and cultural competency when dealing with the diversity and differences encountered in the treatment and/or therapy community.

4). Identify methods for helping clients/patients find their own voice and claim their seat in their treatment experience.
