This interview styled presentation will explain the importance of strong leadership, business fundamentals, and a flexible business strategy in the behavioral healthcare industry.  Shane Ramer will interview NFL All Pro Linebacker, Al Smith, on leadership skills he learned playing professional sports and the ways they have translated to the business field.
