Tote Bag Insert - $1000 each

Bag inserts are a fantastic opportunity for every attendee to be exposed to your organization from the very beginning of the conference.
• Send us your agency’s brochure, pamphlet or other item
• Bag inserts must meet size  requirements and arrive before the deadline.
• Any inserts sent in excess above the requested amount or arriving after deadline will be disposed of.

Conference App - $4000

The Foundations Events app contains up-to-date information regarding exhibitors, speakers and more.
• 600x110px banner ad in app main menu
• Banner ad must meet specifications and be submitted 30 days prior to event

Charging Station Booth - $4000

Increase your booth traffic by placing a charging station for iPads, iPhones and other electronic devices in your booth area.
• Entire charging station will be branded with your company logo

Coffee - $3000 per day 

Coffee is always a big hit at conferences which makes it the ideal way to get noticed.
• Your logo will be displayed at the beverage table and on the coffee cups
• Coffee will be made available from 7:30 am to 12 pm (or until it runs out)
• Cost of coffee sleeves is included

Hand Sanitizer Station - $2,500

Promote your company and help conference attendees’ general health by sponsoring the hand sanitation station.
• Two branded hand sanitizer stations in high-traffic areas

Water Cooler - $1,000 per day

Water coolers are dispersed throughout the conference space to keep attendees refreshed.
• Signage posted at every water station

Playlist - $4,000

Increase your conference visibility and booth traffic by sponsoring the conference playlist.
• Logo featured on stage via rotating slide by our DJ
• Attendees will make playlist requests at a kiosk at your booth
• Playlist sponsor will be announced at each break

Branded Notepads - $5000

Each speaker room will have spiral notepads for attendees to take notes on.
• 600 branded notepads for each breakout session

Pens - $2,500

Facilitate multiple discussions or demos on topics and trends impacting the business side of the behavioral healthcare industry.
• A room dedicated to professional development for conference attendees

Workout Sponsor - $2,500

Each morning and evening, conference participants can participate in exercise or yoga.

Book Signings - $2,500

Many presenters at Foundations conferences are published authors. A book signing is a great way to connect with others.

Conference Daily Email - $3,000

Each conference day, we will send an email featuring highlights of the day’s upcoming events.
• Features your organization’s logo
• Includes a note for attendees to visit your booth in the exhibit hall

Golf Tournament Sponsor - $7,500

Premier sponsorship of the golf outing
• Ability to make announcements at tournament
• Provide promo item for participant gift bag
• Signs posted at golf event check in

Agenda Booklet Print Ads - $1,000 single-page, $1,500 double-page

 With every attendee receiving a pocket-sized booklet with key information and conference agenda, your advertisement will be front and center with repeated
exposure to all.
