Rosemary is the founder of Sober Moms Guide and ROC Recovery Services whose mission is to help people recover from the devastating effects of addiction and to teach them how to live a rewarding life of purpose and meaningful connection to themselves and others. She has helped thousands of people bring positive changes in their personal and professional lives via her workshops, private coaching sessions, articles, blogs, and speaks all over the world via stage, television, radio, webinar. In response to the unaddressed needs mothers have in recovery, she wrote A Sober Mom's Guide to Recovery- Taking Care of Yourself to Take Care of Your Kids (Hazelden 2015), which sold thousands of copies in the first few months of its release. In 2017 she launched www.sobermomsguide.com, which offers valuable resources for mother in recovery. She is commissioned as a Thought Leader for the Hazelden Betty Ford Foundation to create webinars, write articles, and interviews on topics for women and mothers. Rosemary’s work in the addiction field includes the prestigious treatment centers: Hazelden Betty Ford Foundation, Foundations Recovery Network, Bayside Marin, Alta Mira Recovery Programs, Reflections, Muir Wood Teen Treatment and Five Sisters Ranch. She owned and operated ROC Sober Living from 2014- 2016.
