Thought Field Therapy, an evidenced based, safe, fast, non-cognitive, non-intrusive technique will eliminate and manage overwhelming emotions driving addicts out of recovery. As a self-help technique empowers individuals to engage the higher functions of the mind to reduce the felt physiological urges allowing thinking, planning, and acting positively. Participants learn a TFT pattern of simulating meridian treatment points with tapping. Research and theory with tips for introducing and enhancing compliance will be included. Demonstrations of the Basic and Intermediate levels provide understanding applications by professionals. With no counter-indications it has been used in numerous settings and with diverse populations.
